Protobuf Team Bot	72e8d59255	Avoid automatic variables in functions using setjmp. According to https://en.cppreference.com/w/c/program/setjmp automatic variables modified in a function calling setjmp can have indeterminate values. Instead, refactor all functions calling setjmp so that the function calling setjmp doesn’t have any local variables. Part V: Definition protocol buffer converters.
