Adds fitEllipseDirect to imgproc: The Direct least square (Direct) method by Fitzgibbon1999. New Tests are included for the methods. fitEllipseAMS Tests fitEllipseDirect Tests Comparative examples are added to fitEllipse.cpp in Samples.pull/9761/head
