Tweak "header has symbol" message

Change message

    Header <foo.h> has symbol "BAR"

to

    Header "foo.h" has symbol "BAR"

with the first part also now in bold. This is more consistent with
other messages like

    Has header "foo.h"

and

Checking whether type "foo" has member "bar"
