compilers/d: Add b_ndebug support D lang compilers have an option -release (or similar) which turns off asserts, contracts, and other runtime type checking. This patch wires that up to the b_ndebug flag. Fixes #7082 5 years ago

Add support for multiline f-strings + Extend the parser to recognize the multiline f-strings, which the documentation already implies will work.
