compilers/d: Add b_ndebug support D lang compilers have an option -release (or similar) which turns off asserts, contracts, and other runtime type checking. This patch wires that up to the b_ndebug flag. Fixes #7082

interpreter: Fix missing subsubproject summary when subproject fails In the case main->subp->subsubp, if subsubp succeed to configure but subp subsequentially fails, subsubp is still being built but its summary was missing.
