compilers/d: Add b_ndebug support D lang compilers have an option -release (or similar) which turns off asserts, contracts, and other runtime type checking. This patch wires that up to the b_ndebug flag. Fixes #7082

shared_module: Add soname when used as a link target Emit a detailed deprecation warning that explains what to do instead. Also add a unittest. ``` DEPRECATION: target prog links against shared module mymod, which is incorrect. This will be an error in the future, so please use shared_library() for mymod instead.
