Added support to detect the GNU Hurd operating system as Unix-like. Thanks to Boris for finding this out. * src/base/ftglyph.c (FT_Glyph_To_Bitmap): Fixed memory leak when bitmap rendering fails (thanks to Graham Asher). * docs/docmaker.py, include/freetype/.h: Updated the DocMaker script to support chapters and section block ordering.
