This results in _lots_ of sources being changed, but makes the code more generic and less error-prone..	23 years ago

Also improved the name table parser to be able to load Windows-encoded entries before Macintosh or Unicode ones, since it seems some fonts don't have reliable values here anyway.	23 years ago
