the openSuSE GNU/Linux distribution). To ameliorate the situation,
PCF_CONFIG_OPTION_LONG_FAMILY_NAMES gets introduced which controls
the feature; if set, a new PCF property option
`no-long-family-names' can be used to switch this feature off.
