managers that define it with additionnal compilation command line
options (e.g. with -DTT_CONFIG_OPTION_BYTECODE_INTERPRETER) still
work correctly.
Also added a note to indicate that TT_CONFIG_OPTION_UNPATENTED_HINTING
doesn't work as advertised yet.

changed the name of TT_CONFIG_OPTION_COMPILE_UNPATENTED_HINTING to
the simpler TT_CONFIG_OPTION_UNPATENTED_HINTING
removed the macro TT_CONFIG_OPTION_FORCE_UNPATENTED_HINTING. Instead,
the same effect can be used by setting a debug-hook with
FT_DEBUG_HOOK_UNPATENTED_HINTING globally with FT_Set_Debug_Hook()
