* builds/freetype.mk, Jamfile: define the macro FT2_BUILD_LIBRARY

when compiling the library.

    * include/freetype/config/ftheader.h: remove inclusions of
    internal headers, except if the macro FT2_BUILD_LIBRARY is defined.
