[bdf] Remove unused fields.

* src/bdf/bdf.h (bdf_font_t): Remove `nmod', `umod', and `modified',
which were set but never used.
* src/bdf/bdflib.c (_bdf_parse_{glyphs,properties}, bdf_load_font):
Updated accordingly.
