* include/freetype/config/ftheader.h (FT_LZW_H): New macro for
ftlzw.h.
* src/lzw/*: New files.
* src/pcf/pcfdrivr.c: Include FT_LZW_H.
(PCF_Face_Init): Try LZW also.
* src/gzip/ftgzip.c: s/0/Gzip_Err_Ok/ where appropriate.
