[bzip2,gzip] s/FT_ALLOC/FT_QALLOC/ for initialized buffers.

* src/bzip2/ftbzip2.c (ft_bzip2_alloc): Do not zero out the buffer. * src/gzip/ftgzip.c (ft_gzip_alloc, FT_Stream_OpenGzip): Ditto.
