Stefano Sabatini	b448677e6e	doc: remove inclusion of libav* documentation in tools This shrinks the tool manuals to a manageable size. Relevant manuals are referenced in the "See Also" chapter. Overall documentation inclusion should still be possible through the use of a conditional variable set during configuration time, if someone feels the need for a huge-wall-of-text-fashioned manual.	12 years ago

Also, the statement regarding binary prefixes ("powers of 2 are used instead of powers of 10") might be misinterpreted (1 kB = 10^3 B, but 1 KiB != 2^3 B). Nicolas George	ea07063fd8	cmdutils: allow to specify a stream by its ID. The stream can be specified as "#129" or "#0x81". It is especially useful for VOBs dumped from a DVD, where the language-id mapping is available externally and the probing can find the streams in a random order.	13 years ago
