Martin Storsjö	9f1dae944e	http: Add a new protocol for opening connections via http proxies This opens a plain TCP connection through the proxy via the CONNECT HTTP method. Normally, this is allowed for connections on port 443, but can in general be used to allow connections to any port (depending on proxy configuration), and could thus be used to tunnel any TCP connection via a HTTP proxy. Martin Storsjö	eca4850c6d	rtsp: Accept options via private avoptions instead of URL options Eventually, the old way of passing options by adding stuff to the URL can be dropped. This avoids having to tamper with the user-specified URL to pass options on the transport mode. This also works better with redirects, since the options don't need to be parsed out from the URL. This is handled by mapping the open() function to an internal one in os_support.h for windows. fopen() could be overridden in the same way, but if that would be used from ffmpeg.c, it would add a dependency on an ff prefixed internal lavf function.
