Andrew Kelley	41b73ae883	bsf: use standard include paths Removes the special -I flag specified in the avcodec/bsf/ subdirectory. This makes code copy-pastable to other parts of the ffmpeg codebase, as well as simplifying the build script. It also reduces ambiguity, since there are many instances of same-named header files existing in both libavformat/ and libavcodec/ subdirectories. Andreas Rheinhardt	790f793844	avutil/common: Don't auto-include mem.h There are lots of files that don't need it: The number of object files that actually need it went down from 2011 to 884 here. James Almer	b92e14147f	avcodec: add a bsf to reorder DTS into PTS Starting with an h264 implementation. Can be extended to support other codecs. A few caveats: - OpenGOP streams are currently not supported. The firt packet must be an IDR frame. - In some streams, a few frames at the end may not get a reordered PTS when they reference frames past EOS.
