Lukasz Marek	3ff3990104	ffmpeg_opt: make use of recommended encoder configuration So far ffmpeg used recommended configuration only for codec priv options. ffmpeg will use now codec defaults and then apply recommended configuration for all options. Later data is updated, but priv_data are left alone. There is a bit chance there is a mismatch between codecs. Fixes different behavior to JM and probably several if not all reference decoders. We cannot just do this unconditionally as it would ruin AV sync in some use cases.
