Philip Gladstone	2727c35ed7	* Made encoding to ASF streams work again. It turns out that the default stream id that AVI wants for MSMPEG4V3 doesn't work for ASF. I have added a flag to indicate that certain tags should not be used in ASF streams. I think that this is the wrong solution (just adding a flag for ASF), but it does work. Juanjo	10bb7023a2	- Added force_pts to av_write_packet() to be able to force PTS, this helps (and fix) stream copying. By now force_pts it's just honoured by the MPEG muxer. ASF could honour this also, but it should be fixed to use Tickers first. - MPEG audio decoder exports it's frame size in bytes. - Hope this fix the floating point exception found in ffserver.
