Speedup average case by a factor of 10 in ffv2 (total decoding speed +4-25%), factor of 1.3 in ffvhuff (total +0.5%), factor of 1.8 in indeo5 (total +1%), factor of 1.1 in mjpeg (total +0.1%). Måns Rullgård	ec62d942ea	Fix potentially unaligned accesses in ff_copy_bits() A pointer should never be assigned a value which may have less than the required alignment of the target type. Compilers may assume pointer values have the required alignment, and emit normal load/store instructions. Unaligned pointers should use a character type or compiler-specific type modifiers.
