There are lots of files that don't need it: The number of object
files that actually need it went down from 2011 to 884 here.
Keep it for external users in order to not cause breakages.
Also improve the other headers a bit while just at it.

The Chen-Shapiro(CS) test was used to test normality for
Lagged Fibonacci PRNG.
Normality Hypothesis Test:
The null hypothesis formally tests if the population
the sample represents is normally-distributed. For
CS, when the normality hypothesis is True, the
distribution of QH will have a mean close to 1.

This reduces the number of false dependencies on header files and
speeds up compilation.
