Reimar Döffinger	874da652b3	Avoid av_memcpy_backptr hang without extra branch. This only happens for a "back" value of 0 which is invalid anyway, but lcldec does not properly validate input. Consistently apply this rule: the guard name is obtained from the filename by stripping the leading "lib", converting '/' and '.' to '_' and uppercasing the resulting name.
