cbrtf() took floats but it represented 1/3 exactly
and even if not more precission should be better in theory
for the table generation

seek_preroll field is added to the AVCodecContext struct. It indicates
the number of samples to be discarded whenever there is a discontinuity.
The minor version is bumped accordingly.
