Thilo Borgmann	7a00bbad21	Implement avcodec_decode_video2(), _audio3() and _subtitle2() which takes an AVPacket argument rather than a const uint8_t *buf + int buf_size. This allows passing of packet-specific flags from demuxer to decoder, such as the keyframe flag, which appears necessary to playback corePNG P-frames. Patch by Thilo Borgmann thilo.borgmann googlemail com, see also the thread "Google Summer of Code participation" on the mailinglist. François Revol	8fa36ae09d	This fixes error handling for BeOS, removing the need for some ifdefs. AVERROR_ defines are moved to avcodec.h as they are needed in there as well. Feel free to move that to avutil/common.h. Bumped up avcodec/format version numbers as though it's binary compatible we will want to rebuild apps as error values changed. Please from now on use return AVERROR(EFOO) instead of the ugly return -EFOO in your code. This also removes the need for berrno.h.
