Lots of audio filters use very simple inputs or outputs:
An array with a single AVFilterPad whose name is "default"
and whose type is AVMEDIA_TYPE_AUDIO; everything else is unset.
Given that we never use pointer equality for inputs or outputs*,
we can simply use a single AVFilterPad instead of dozens; this
even saves .data.rel.ro (4784B here) as well as relocations.
*: In fact, several filters (like the filters in af_biquads.c)
already use the same inputs; furthermore, ff_filter_alloc()
duplicates the input and output pads so that we do not even
work with the pads directly.

ff_planar_sample_fmts_array is unused (and was unused since it was added
in 4d4098da00) and therefore this commit
removes it; ff_packed_sample_fmts_array meanwhile is used only once (in
the amerge filter) and therefore it has been moved to this place.

It currently does the following:
1) get a zeroed audio buffer
2) copy some properties (but not the data) of the input buffer to it
3) pass this buffer to the output filter
This looks useless and is indeed not used by any filters, therefore
delete it.
Make ff_null_filter_samples() (just pass the buffer to the next filter)
the new default.
The planar/packed switch and the packing_formats list is no longer
required, since the planar/packed information is now stored in the sample
format enum.
This is technically a major API break, possibly it should be not too
painful as we marked the audio filtering API as unstable.
Those functions are only useful inside filters. It is better to not
support user filters until the API is more stable.
This breaks audio filtering API and ABI in theory, but since it's
unusable right now this shouldn't be a problem.
