Anton Khirnov	7ea1b3472a	lavc: deprecate the use of AVCodecContext.time_base for decoding When decoding, this field holds the inverse of the framerate that can be written in the headers for some codecs. Using a field called 'time_base' for this is very misleading, as there are no timestamps associated with it. Furthermore, this field is used for a very different purpose during encoding. Add a new field, called 'framerate', to replace the use of time_base for decoding.	10 years ago

Fixes a segfault with the emu edge flag, since emu edge buffer is now allocated as a part of the frame buffer allocation and cavs calls ff_get_buffer() directly, it does not use mpegvideo buffer management. Thilo Borgmann	7a00bbad21	Implement avcodec_decode_video2(), _audio3() and _subtitle2() which takes an AVPacket argument rather than a const uint8_t *buf + int buf_size. This allows passing of packet-specific flags from demuxer to decoder, such as the keyframe flag, which appears necessary to playback corePNG P-frames.
