Diego Biurrun	95a61cfc24	Make VAAPI/VDPAU variant of decoder foo depend on decoder foo. The VAAPI/VDPAU variants of foo require almost all of the code of foo. Thus it makes little sense to enable just the accelerated variant. This allows refactoring some object dependencies in the Makefiles. Ramiro Polla	71ed6c8f06	Remove dependency from swscale_internal.h to lavu/internal.h, it is no longer needed for DECLARE_ALIGNED. Remove dependency from swscale-example.c to swscale_internal.h by duplicating the necessary code. The duplicated code is a hack and should be removed once a cleaner pixel format information system exists. swscale-example.c is example code on how to use the library and therefore shouldn't rely on internal headers. Diego Biurrun	36b38500b6	Check for CONFIG_LIBFOO_DECODER/CONFIG_LIBFOO_ENCODER instead of just CONFIG_LIBFOO in the external libraries section. This is more consistent with the rest of the Makefiles, it makes clearer what is actually implemented and should be advantageous if we implement an external library encoder where we previously just had the decoder and vice versa.
