Diego Biurrun	25841dfe80	Use ptrdiff_t instead of int for {avg, put}_pixels line_size parameter. This avoids SIMD-optimized functions having to sign-extend their line size argument manually to be able to do pointer arithmetic.	12 years ago

Consistently apply this rule: the guard name is obtained from the filename by stripping the leading "lib", converting '/' and '.' to '_' and uppercasing the resulting name.
