If the function is not inlined, an immmediate cannot be used for the shift parameter, so the %cl register must be used instead in that case. Nicolas George	c76374c6db	Use AVERROR_EXIT with url_interrupt_cb. Functions interrupted by url_interrupt_cb should not be restarted. Therefore using AVERROR(EINTR) was wrong, as it did not allow to distinguish when the underlying system call was interrupted and actually needed to be restarted. Justin	323e6fead0	ac3enc: do not right-shift fixed-point coefficients in the final MDCT stage. This increases the accuracy of coefficients, leading to improved quality. Rescaling of the coefficients to full 25-bit accuracy is done rather than offsetting the exponent values. This requires coefficient scaling to be done before determining the rematrixing strategy. Also, the rematrixing strategy calculation must use 64-bit math to prevent overflow due to the higher precision coefficients.	14 years ago
