Diego Pettenò	be449fca79	Convert asm keyword into __asm__. Neither the asm() nor the __asm__() keyword is part of the C99 standard, but while GCC accepts the former in C89 syntax, it is not accepted in C99 unless GNU extensions are turned on (with -fasm). The latter form is accepted in any syntax as an extension (without requiring further command-line options). Sun Studio C99 compiler also does not accept asm() while accepting __asm__(), albeit reporting warnings that it's not valid C99 syntax. David Conrad	7f0d242b14	Fix compilation on Mac OS X 10.4: Defining _POSIX_C_SOURCE hides the u_char & similar typedefs that sysctl.h needs. Reimar Döffinger	d9a5dab2da	Remove uses of SIGILL for CPU extension detection, that method is not acceptable in a library. Should not change anything for PPC, the autodetection is currently pointless due to other code being compiled with -maltivec as well (and detection for OSX and AmigaOS remains in place).
