A fallback track indicates an alternate track to use when the current track can not be decoded for some reason. e.g. no decoder available for codec. Ganesh Ajjanagadde	1bed09a30e	swresample: allow double precision beta value for the Kaiser window Kaiser windows inherently don't require beta to be an integer. This was an arbitrary restriction. Moreover, soxr does not require it, and in fact often estimates beta to a non-integral value. Thus, this patch allows greater flexibility for swresample clients. Micro version is updated. Vittorio Giovara	a17a766190	lavc: Add data and linesize to AVSubtitleRect Use the new fields directly instead of the ones from AVPicture. This removes a layer of indirection which serves no pratical purpose whatsoever, and will help in removing AVPicture structure completely later.
