Slice threading just duplicates MpegEncContext so every value used during mpeg_decode_slice has to be in it. Mans Rullgard	d461a47317	Rearrange MpegEncContext to simplify access from asm This moves the fields needed by asm near the top, before any structs or other members which complicate the offset calculation.
