Vittorio Giovara	6b3ef7f080	lavu: Remove bit packing from AVComponentDescriptor There is no practical benefit in having this structure elements bit packed given the size of the structure and its usage. Deprecate older VA pixel formats (MOCO, IDCT) as it is now very unlikely to ever be useful in the future. Only keep plain AV_PIX_FMT_VAAPI format that is aliased to the older VLD variant.
