For example strcasecmp("i", "I") != 0 is possible, but would break many of the places where it is used. Instead use our own implementations that always treat the data as ASCII. Stefano Sabatini	9bf81b49cf	img2: return AVERROR(EINVAL) in case of invalid filename pattern In write_packet(), return AVERROR(EINVAL) rather than AVERROR(EIO) if the provided output filename pattern is not valid. Stefano Sabatini	55815edca0	prefer avio_check() over url_exist() The problem with url_exist() is that it tries to open a resource in RDONLY mode. If the file is a FIFO and there is already a reading client, the open() call will hang. By using avio_check() with access mode of 0, the second reading process will check if the file exists without attempting to open it, thus avoiding the lock. Fix issue #1663.
