avcodec/yop: Add missing AV_CODEC_CAP_DR1

This decoder does not do anything fancy any more since c6303f8d70 (before that, it overwrote the frame's linesize) so that it supports direct rendering. This effectively reverts d3de3a16d1. Signed-off-by: Andreas Rheinhardt <andreas.rheinhardt@outlook.com>
